AMARILIS (Absensi Mudah Akurat Disiplin Responsif) is a mobile employee attendance application designed for RSUD Cibinong. It utilizes geotagging technology to accurately track employee presence at various locations, providing monitoring through dashboards and attendance activities.
The app features:
- Clock In/Out: Employees can record their attendance with geotagging, ensuring accurate location tracking within a 150m radius of the hospital. For field employees, their attendance location is recorded at the exact point of logging.
- Leave & Sick Leave Requests: Employees can request and receive approvals for various types of leave directly on the mobile app, with real-time monitoring of remaining leave balances.
- Field Duty Orders: Supervisors can assign field duties to subordinates and monitor their locations and activities through attendance logs and reports.
- Shift Changes: Supervisors can make shift changes or additions for subordinates when necessary.
- Attendance Performance Dashboard: Real-time departmental or individual employee attendance performance monitoring through the app's dashboard.
